I am given fulI credit "Desporous" with link to my Twitch and Twitter (either through your Twitch panel or Twitter description)

I claim all rights to the artwork and character. If you plan to profit off either, including donations, of the art/character design, make sure with me first. This does not include income made directly for your content (e.g. Twitch subs, Twitch donations)

Do not post Work In Progresses (WIPs) without my permission to social media.

If you are a returning customer, do not message for more orders. I cannot promise artwork and will take considerations when I reopen.

If there is a deadline for the project, it must be stated before I work on it. Deadlines cannot be created during any part of the process.

I DO NOT give .cmo3 file/model file

DO NOT draw/rig over the artwork and credit it as your own or someone else's; if you were to really need to do so, please credit which part is what I did and discuss with me first. Out of respect for both the other artist and me, I recommend not to do this

If I know you or ever heard about you, that would be 50% Payment after I send the first WIP and Full Payment after I send you the Finished Project

If I don't know you or never heard about you that would be 50% Up Front Payment before I start the project and after we discuss

I have the right to use your commission as samples and stream drawing and rigging process to Twitch. I will only use them for this purposes and upload it right away

I DO NOT provide refunds after payment has been made for whatever reason (please read this carefully)

I have the right to refuse a project for any reason

Selling my model rigging is not allowed

If I am unable to complete or continue the project for any reason, only then will I issue a refund

If payment has been made that means you're willing to follow and obey my Term of Services
